First of all, please contact us BEFORE returning a product to us.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal/exchange, from receipt of the goods at our premises, Bank's Skateshop has 2 solutions:

1. Carry out an exchange of an identical or different product (size, color, model, etc.), however if a difference in amount remains for the customer, the customer should pay the difference before receiving the exchange products, if this difference of the amount is the responsibility of Bank's Skateshop, the following two cases apply:

-Proceed with the edition of a Credit note for the amount of the sums initially paid by the customer. Have to use within 6 months following the date of publication of the latter.

-Proceed to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer for the item(s) less the costs generated by Paypal or Shop pay, the shipping costs for all returns remain the responsibility of the customer. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 30 days by bank transfer or Paypal.

For any exchange a contribution to the re-shipping costs is requested: €8 to be paid by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal. This contribution is used to contribute to the costs we will have to return the goods a second time.

2. Make a return directly to the store, however only a credit or an exchange will be offered to you.

Special Case: Items purchased on sales/promotions cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be refunded.
